We work hard at meeting all the USDA/CDE guidelines in supporting proper nutrition and providing nutritious breakfast and lunches that will fuel your children's minds.  Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have regarding your child's dietary needs or if you would like more information about the USDA/CDE reimbursable meal pattern.

Forms and Resources

Lake City Community School is participating in a Universal Breakfast and Lunch Program for the current school year 2024-2025. If your children attend any of the schools listed, breakfast/lunch will be available to them at no charge.  All students enrolled at this school may participate in the breakfast/lunch program at no charge to them.  See "Public Release:  Community Eligibility Provision" for the full text.

In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
