Hinsdale County School District RE-1 is hiring for the following position(s):
- Substitute Teachers/Assistants
- To become a substitute teacher or substitute assistant:
- Submit a complete substitute teacher application. A complete application includes a cover letter, application form, and resume with references listed.
- Complete an interview with Superintendent/Principal Rebecca Hall, 970-944-2314.
- Acquire a Substitute Teacher Authorization from the Colorado Department of Education Educator Talent Licensing Office. The process requires being fingerprinted and detailed instructions are included in the authorization application process.
- $130 per day for the 2026-27 school year.
- PreK-12th grades, as-needed basis, Tuesday – Friday.
